We will also explain pricing, insurance, and your legal protections. At this stage, you can let us know whether you’d prefer to arrange your own travel and accommodation or select a partner clinic package that includes hotels, transfers, and flights.
2 - Itinerary Planning
Once your treatment plan is confirmed, we help finalise the travel option you’ve chosen. If you prefer to manage your own flights and accommodation, we simply coordinate your medical schedule with the clinic. If you choose a partner clinic package, we’ll ensure your flights, hotel, and transfers are all arranged through them. In both cases, Rota Health carefully manages the clinic coordination and appointment scheduling so that your journey remains smooth, clear, and worry-free.
3 - Arriving and On-the-Ground Support
When you arrive in Turkey, Rota Health ensures you feel supported from the very start. If you have arranged your own travel and accommodation, our team will provide you with all the essential details—such as clinic appointment times, local guidance, and your main contact person. If you have chosen a partner clinic package, you’ll be met by their representative for airport pick-up, hotel transfer, and onward clinic coordination. In both cases, we remain available throughout your stay to guarantee a smooth, safe, and stress-free experience.
